Job Description
The Risk Management Institute (RMI) aims to be a world-class centre in risk management through research, education and training, and is striving to become a local, regional and global knowledge and research centre for risk management and related fields. Risk Management Institute is hiring a Temporary Executive to support with administrative and event management duties.
This is a 1 year part time contract, convertible to full time (subject to performance).
The duties for this position are:
- Assist on administrative tasks for RMI organizing events, workshops, and seminars.
- Provide support in procurement of goods/services and processing/collection of payments.
- Provide regular administrative support to Master’s program team as well as ad hoc support to other teams.
- Liaising with speakers, vendors and other parties involved in events.
- Assist with marketing events and tracking and follow-up of registrations.
- Manage and provide email support for Master’s program enquiry and events.
- Drafting communications materials and collaterals.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and able to multitask.
- Entry level candidates welcome, as training will be provided.
- Bonus – Prior experience in administrative support for events.
- Able to commit to 28 Hours per week.
