Our client is a Corporate Industry. They are looking for a Accounts Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central – easily accessible.
Responsibility:
- Review premium collections and outstanding status.
- Gather and organize supporting documents for payment setup.
- Verify payment matches in the accounting system.
- Preserve digital copies of payment documents.
- Conduct a reconciliation of statements of accounts between the company and insurers.
- Investigate, categorize, communicate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- Propose improvements.
- Handle any ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in AP
