Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance of SAP transport management system, Solution Manager, printing subsystems for all environments e.g. DEV, UAT, Prod, DR.
- Conduct pro-active analysis and improvement via EarlyWatch, applying patches and kernel upgrades.
- Perform problem analysis and resolution, SAP database administration, System backup, Failover tests, Security review and remediation.
- Working with various IT teams, business users and vendor to refresh and maintain the SAP HANA system.
- Evaluate, design interfaces with SAP system. Maintain SAP system architecture and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of SAP BASIS experience
- Working experience in configuration, database changes, monitoring and perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of one or more of the following systems: S/4HANA, Enterprise Portal, Web Dispatcher, Fiori, SAP BW, BOBJ, Solution Manager, Quality Center
- Experience in the following operating system and database: Red Hat Linux, Windows, HANA database, MS SQL database
- Possess good communication skills
