We lead and develop 5 years Capex and Business Plan for International Products, aligning with corporate guidance and strategy. The plan helps to inform the aspirational goals and execution at the country level.
In this role, you will lead the fit for purpose Capex and Business Plan development for the assigned business functions through collaboration with business leaders and partners. Leverage the knowledge from the role, you may be assigned to projects and provide SME support to business functions.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Business Planning and Analysis:
- Partners with business functions, lead and develop a fit for purpose CAPEX and Business Plan leveraging corporate guidance, Long Range Area Strategic Plan (LRASP), and key assumptions.
- Translates the Capex and Business Plan into a story and drive alignment across all levels – directors, country managers and others.
- Develop X + Y forecast (Actual YTD, forecast for the remaining months) for assigned business functions.
- Prepares financial statement and coordinates with PWC on statutory audit for selected Singapore entities.
- Leads assigned projects to provide SME support to business functions and support personal developments.
- Other responsibilities and projects may be assigned as applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong financial acumen, grasp key points and translate the data to meaningful insights
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels
- Growth mindset to learn new business, project assignments, and potential portfolio rotation.
- Ability to work under pressure in meeting timelines during peak cycle.
- Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent
- At least 5-10 years of related work experience
