Brief description of the Restaurant
Lumo means light in Esperanto; an international auxiliary language created by Polish ophthalmologist Ludwig Leizer Zamenhof to unify people across the world. Light signifies creativity and positivity; values which are an extension of our own individual characters, and values which we aim to build a community upon.
We are a bar and restaurant located at the intersection of Carpenter Street and South Bridge Road, serving up hearty and comforting Modern European cuisine, signature cocktails, wines and most importantly extra warm hospitality. At Lumo, there is something for everyone.
Job Descriptions
- Kitchen preparatory work and mis en place.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and complies with company standards.
- Take good care of equipment.
- Perform routine inventory checks.
- Perform and rotate between the different stations and roles to ensure smooth operations.
- Build camaraderie amongst team members and create an effective team
Job Requirements
3~4 years of culinary experience in western cuisine
