Regional Talent Attraction Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our Global Talent Attraction Team as a Regional Talent Attraction Business Partner in Singapore.


The Opportunity:


In this role, you will be reporting to the Asia-Pacific-Japan-China (APJC) Global Talent Attraction Leader and directly supporting recruitment activities for SEA markets including Taiwan and Hong Kong. Upon necessity you will also support the recruitment activities in other countries across APJC.

  • Accountable for partnering with Business & HR leaders across region to understand their needs and translate these into actionable talent attraction strategies and deliverables
  • Lead strategic and planning discussions for GTA in SEA (South, East & South-East Asia) Cluster Business & HR partnerships to enable alignment in processes and ways of working
  • A role that embraces experimentation with an operating model designed to promote new approaches for an evolving organization

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process and strategies for multiple countries in APJC to drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to navigate trade-offs between market, speed and quality while setting clear expectations on service level agreements
  • Assess and advise on the talent and business risks & benefits of hiring specific candidates
  • Build strong relationships with Business, HR CoEs and HRBPs
  • Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors
  • Meet GTA goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance
  • Contribute to global, regional and local GTA projects. Opportunity to lead, develop and implement such GTA projects
  • Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, tracking recruitment metrics
  • Share and discuss market trends with hiring managers
  • Come up with ideas for process harmonization and simplification. Put these ideas to action and implementation in the assigned countries of scope

What We Require of You:

  • 8+ years of relevant talent acquisition experiences in a large/global matrix environment, preferred in-house; additional agency background highly preferable
  • Experienced in managing recruitment activities across multiple countries
  • Prior experienced in leading at least one recruitment project (campus hiring, employee referral, recruitment operational excellence, etc.) will be a plus
  • Strong consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
  • A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offers with collaborative partners
  • Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms
  • Knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • To manage recruitment activities in Taiwan, knowledge of Mandarin and/or experienced in recruiting for Taiwan is preferred
