Job Description
Customer Relationship Management:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and assistance regarding product/service queries, orders, and general inquiries.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Sales Activities:
- Actively engage in sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide product/service information to potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Order Processing and Administration:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.
Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales and customer service strategies.
