This is an individual contributor role where you need to possess the relevant experience in similar capacity.
Job Description and Requirements:
· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various sales techniques. Conduct sales call and visits to seek business opportunities with prospective customers.
· Follow up on communications in a timely and professional manner.
· Business Development for new clients and Account Maintenance for existing clients.
· Set up KPI/KGI of growth agreed by management, develop solutions to the customers.
· Key responsibilities include overseeing sales, marketing activities.
· N1 Japanese language skill[oral and written] as reporting and communication to Global Sales Japan is essential.
· Participate in corporate sales planning and strategies.
· Liaise closely with HQ Japan (and respective countries) in related to Global Sales to ensure job requirement are met.
· Monthly sales reporting to Management.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in this industry.
· Both forwarding and logistics (3PL) knowledge and experience are preferable.
