Working hours
11am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm
2 days off per week (1weekday 1 weekend)
Job Description:
• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
• Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.
• Assist all customers enquires via emails and callings, including cold calling.
• Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.
• Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.
• Handle of monetary receipts and payment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Only Candidates with Customer Service or Reception experience( in any industry) will be shortlisted.
