Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers;
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation;
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors
- Provide the laptop set-up and preparation in at the assigned location, including setting up laptops, conneting laptop to audio and visual equipment, deployment of laptops, stationery packs and any ad hoc items;
- To deploy and assist in monitoring the status of the Panopto encoder via laptop or mobile after the completion of the setting up and to trigger the start button for recording via the Panopto online platform if required;
- Provide maintenance and upkeep of the laptops, software patches and anti-virus definition files updates.
equirements:
- Tertiary education (Diploma / Degree) in relevant field or equivalent;
- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in helpdesk support/call centre environment is preferred;
- Team player;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid business relationships;
