We are looking for a highly motivated Bussiness Developmet Manager to join our dynamic Physiotherapy and Pilates studio team with opening of a branch in Malaysia by bringing Singapore branch regionally. We welcome applicants with strong customer service and hospitality experience who are eager to learn and grow in this exciting industry and willing to be based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Business Development Manager Duties:
- Contribute to business strategies and plans for studio growth.
- Liaison and booking software: Communicate with staff and act as a technology software expert for usage and training
- Staff Training and Projects: Manage training procedures and oversee studio projects including new outlet in Johor Bahru
- Compliance and Procedures: Ensure safety compliance and establish efficient procedures.
- Inventory and Vendors: Manage inventory and vendor relationships.
- Internal Communication: Maintain effective internal communications and documents.
- Workplace Culture: Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Studio Systems, Policies, and Procedures: Establish and maintain studio systems, policies, and procedures for efficient operations.
- Autonomous Operations: Make informed decisions and manage daily operations effectively in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring smooth studio functioning.
- Effective Communication: Keep open communication with the General Manager, providing updates and addressing important matters.
- Crisis Management: Handle issues, complaints, and emergencies effectively.
- Goal Alignment: Continuously align efforts with company goals and provide progress updates.
- Team Coordination: Ensure safety procedures are followed and address internal disputes promptly.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or General Manager.

Position Details
- 5 days work week
- Flexible work timings
- Based in Johor Bahru and willing to travel to Singapore HQ for training as required

- Candidates with relevant qualifications, MindBody Business software knowledge, experience in working in physiotherapy clinic/Pilates/Yoga studios; customer service/hospitality/management background are welcome
