· Assist in overall daily outlet operations.
· Manage outlets’ manpower and provide support and assistance when necessary.
· Ensure all outlets always meet hygiene and safety standards.
· Properly handle customer complaints with patience and professional manner, and troubleshoot when there are problems/ issues happened.
· Cost control and maintain profit margins.
· Strategize ways to improve outlet sales and working environment.
· Maintain and review regularly on overall outlet standard operation procedures, processes and practices.
