Rail/Infra Projects
- Coordinate resources intra and inter-teams
- Project management, coordination and assist in daily running of projects assigned
- Conduct and minute coordination meetings involving Clients, Consultants and Contractors
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants
- Proacticely identify and resolve technical coordination or authorities compliance problem
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years post graduate experience with relevant experience in rail/infra projects
- Architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects, Singapore
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings
- Conversant with local codes and regulations
- Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
- Competency in BIM/Revit
- Good track record in contract administration

- 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)
