Job Description
You will be a key member of SIA’s End User Computing (EUC) team that manages IT Infrastructure and oversees delivery of IT services to all SIA Group employee. We are looking for an experienced professional with experience in Unified Endpoint Management. You will be responsible for a broad range of engineering and technical tasks for SIA’s Enterprise Mobility and Modern Management solution that is used to manage all SIA PCs, MACs, iOS and Android devices.
Responsibilities
•Manage on-premises and SaaS Unified Endpoint management (UEM) infrastructure that is used to manage (company-issued and BYOD) Windows PC, MACs, iOS and Android devices.
•Manage enrolment processes of new devices; Manage device security policies for various groups (including VPN policies) and ensure that all policies are enforced.
•Manage software distribution, security patch management and enterprise app catalogue for mobile devices, Windows PCs and MACs.
•Upgrade on-premises and SaaS UEM solution to comply with security requirements.
•Provide technical support to SIA application teams on integrating and onboarding SIA corporate mobile apps, including use of SDK.
•Work with Business Units to deploy new use-cases; Oversee end-to-end implementation of new initiatives, along with change management activities.
•Oversee performance of Level 1 (Service Desk) and Level 2 support provided to SIA employees.
•Work with principal vendor to resolve any high priority incident and enhancement.
•Conduct proof of concepts and design solutions to automate device/asset management, improve user experience and improve productivity.
Required Skills
•Degree in computer engineering, computer science or equivalent.
•At least 5 years of experience in a managing IT infrastructure.
•VMware Workspace ONE experience preferred.
•Reasonable working knowledge in Active Directory, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Unified Endpoint management (UEM), Apple iOS management, Google Android management, Windows 10/11 management, macOS management, Apple DEP (Device Enrolment program) and ABM (Apple Business Manager), encryption and device security.
•Broad technology experience encompassing architecture, infrastructure, and IT operations.
•Enterprise Architecture or Microsoft Certification preferred.
•Exposure to ITIL v4 (Incident, Problem & Change management) preferred.
•Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership.
•Excellent Communication – verbal and written.
