Job Responsibilities
- Support the management in overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of the work environment.
- To assists HR Team on plans, organizes and controls the personnel activities of the organization. Formulates recruitment, manpower development and training, wage and salary administration, employee benefits, labour relations & health/safety programs and procedures.
- Full cycle of Recruitment / Employment / Orientation / Resignation / Training Matters
- All Immigration and work pass related matters
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time
- Other admin duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.
- No prior experience in Human Resources is required – on the job training will be provided.
- Experience managing Blue Collared workmen - right from hiring, retaining & managing the expectations of the employees would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiar with the local labour, health and safety legislation.
