Responsibilities:
- Take charge of local authority submissions for various projects
- Work as a member of project teams and will have responsibility for advising the team on code and statutory requirements
- Preparing the building plan submissions
- Submitting the plans through the Corenet system and following through to approval of the plans and local authority inspections of the completed works on site
- Projects ranging from residential, industrial and public sector
Requirements:
- Recognized architectural technician qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant practical experience
- Knowledge of local codes
- Ability to prepare, submit and follow through submissions of building plans to relevant local authorities.
- Knowledge of BIM and Revit
