Responsibilities and Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies, including market positioning, customer analysis, and competitive analysis.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and positive customer experiences.
  4. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of bridal products, including wedding dresses, accessories, and related services.
  5. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  6. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development for sales team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
  7. Inventory Management: Oversee and manage bridal inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
  8. Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and enticing product displays.
  9. Budget Management: Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
  10. Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless business operations.
  11. Market Trends Awareness: Stay abreast of bridal industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  2. Bridal Industry Experience: Substantial experience in the bridal industry with a strong understanding of bridal products and customer preferences.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
  4. Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  6. Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  10. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
