Office Operation Assistant

We are looking for a Office Operation Assistant to fill this position urgently to meet the growing business expansion. This person will report directly to the Company Director and will assist in daily operation. An exciting and rewarding career path for this individual over time when the company expands internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the daily administration task for the office operation.
  • To assist with daily incoming emails, phone calls, as well as the general tidiness of the office.
  • To prepare deliveries of customer orders including generating Airway bills for international shipping and coordination for local deliveries.
  • To help in Quality Control (QC) related activities such as preparing for report, audits, visual evidence and etc.
  • To assist in marketing and CRM related activities.
  • To assist sales related operation such as creating and follow up on customer quotations, invoices and payments.

Requirements:

  • Relevant 1 year’s experience in same or similar position.
  • Candidate should possess min GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • Must be familiar with working with computer and related devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of using different social media application.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
  • Able to start work immediately.
