(Selected candidate will be engaged under a third-party agency payroll for the tenure of employment in SRC. This will be a 2-year contract position, with possibility of contract renewal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor project control systems and procedures, encompassing budget and cost management, planning and schedule oversight, change and risk management, document control, implementation of value improvement strategies, audit and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team for the acquisition of significant and long-lead equipment, involving vendor interaction and the management of purchase issuance and administration.
- Establish and manage Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Agreements for major equipment
- Liaise with the EPCm (Engineering, Procurement, Construction management) contractor to review and update budget expenditure and schedule status.
- Provide administrative support, including the compilation and preparation of essential reports, to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of project workflow.
- Manage and coordinate project activities related to finance, cost management, procurement, contracts, and performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years relevant experience in oil refinery/petrochemical or related industries
- Any knowledge of project controls and processes, procurement, finance & accounting controls will be an added advantage
