Job Summary:
As the Food and Beverage (F&B) Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency in our F&B services. You will lead a team of professionals, set operational goals, and work closely with other departments to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and kitchen staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure their success and professional growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets. Monitor service quality, food preparation, and presentation to maintain the highest standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered, and guest feedback is actively solicited and acted upon to enhance the dining experience.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue. Implement strategies to achieve profitability targets while maintaining quality.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to create and update menus that align with market trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory and ensure efficient procurement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Staff Training and Development: Organize training programs and workshops to improve the skills and knowledge of F&B staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage products.
- Guest Relations: Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Address issues promptly and professionally to maintain positive guest relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
