Job Info:
- Salary: Basic from $3000 - $3400 + VB
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
- Location: Changi Airport
Job Scope:
- Payroll
- Take charge of Payroll related system troubleshooting with vendors
- Data entry of Overtime in Time Management System
- Liaise with OM for new joiners’ roster and roster discrepancies
- Process monthly payroll - Benefits
- Application & renewal of medical cards for new joinees
- Management of medical, insurance matters and leave benefits
- Involve in planning and coordination recreation activities such as festive celebration, quarterly employee communication sessions
