Job Description
- Involve in talent acquisition processes and assist in shortlisting of resume.
- Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including orientation , exit interview session and
- exit clearance procedures.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities like preparing of HR-related documents , maintaining of employee records,
- verifying of weekly attendance and checking of leave records . Address employee enquiries relating to HR policies and any other HR related matters.
- Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers ( WP, SP , EP, DP etc).
- Ensure timely updates of personal files and HRIS records ( timely and accurately).
- Administer attendance and timesheets , verifying any addition or deductions and claims for staffs.
- Apply and coordinate staffs and workers' training programs and course registration. Involve in training grants and training feedback.
- Involve in monthly payroll processing and WICA administration
- Submission of foreign worker levy waiver and submission for government related grants ( childcare , Maternity , NS etc).
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of similar HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably from construction sector with at least 2 years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport and positive relationships
- Detail-oriented, organized, and multitask
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
