Job Description & Requirements
- Daily communication / reporting to multiple channels
- Responsible for day-to-day local delivery schedules and daily delivery planning.
- Administer Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and ensure set objective are met.
- Prepare Delivery Order for next day delivery and follow up Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Data entry into customised system
- Able to work within deadline and fast pace environment
- Able to work in team with communication and understanding of workflow
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- 1-2 years working experience with ecommerce environment / air-import background
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (alternative).
- Chinese preferred as Chinese communication needed.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, IT savvy
- Work smart, detailed, meticulous and independent person with good communication skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
