Responsibility
- Responsible in developing corporate ticketing sales function
- Handle all aspects of travel agency operations including managing travel bookings/quotations and 24/7 after hours emergency hotline
- Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of flight routings, accommodation requirements, visa requirements, car rental, and other related travel services
Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in Corporate Ticketing
- Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill
- Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
- Candidate must be comfortable with staggered working hours (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm / 9.30am – 6.30pm) and public holidays
- Comfortable to be on standby duties
