- Responsible for Credit Control function. Ensuring regular broker statements are sent according to policies, monitoring Notice of Cancellations.
- Prepare Credit Control dashboard for Monthly meeting.
- Maintain full set of accounts for the commercial ledger, including bank reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness for monthly reporting in Workday and responding to any queries London may have.
- Maintain intercompany & syndicate loan account. Handle the reconciliation & settlement timely.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns for both technical & commercial ledgers.
- Prepare MAS returns for 2 syndicates.
- Prepare Service Company income tax & handle queries from tax agents & regulators.
- Work closely with Office Manager to ensure timely settlement of all office & staff expenses.
- Handle year end audit.
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects that develop within the Finance department.
- Champion the company values & work in accordance to the organisational behaviours.
