Patient Relations Officer

Nihon Premium Clinic Pte. Ltd.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answer phone calls and reply to customer enquiries.
  • Making appointments and coordinate appointments.
  • Register patients.
  • Sending appointment reminders to patients.
  • Prepare case notes and insurance claim forms.
  • Handling Corporate and OTAI billing
  • Ensure billing details are correct.
  • Handle OTAI claims.
  • Liaise with OTAI for Letter of Guarantee (LOG).
  • Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories & radiology for billing.
  • Ensure to follow up outstanding payment from corporate, OTAI & self-payment patients.
  • Maintain clinic facilities.
  • Training the new administrative / reception staff.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5.5 work week
  • Fresh / Entry level welcome
