JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer phone calls and reply to customer enquiries.
- Making appointments and coordinate appointments.
- Register patients.
- Sending appointment reminders to patients.
- Prepare case notes and insurance claim forms.
- Handling Corporate and OTAI billing
- Ensure billing details are correct.
- Handle OTAI claims.
- Liaise with OTAI for Letter of Guarantee (LOG).
- Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories & radiology for billing.
- Ensure to follow up outstanding payment from corporate, OTAI & self-payment patients.
- Maintain clinic facilities.
- Training the new administrative / reception staff.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5.5 work week
