A Real Estate Investment Firm with diverse commercial listings in Singapore is currently looking for a Senior Asset Analyst to join their team.
Reporting to the manager, the Senior Asset Analyst will be responsible for the Singapore Portfolio Management matters. Responsibilities includes analysing asset strategic direction, analysing acquisition plans, driving strategic implementation, reviewing and reporting asset financial performance, cash flow management, and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting asset management planning.
Additionally, the Senior Asset Analyst will also assist with validating underwriting.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate funds
- Strong in financial modelling and Analysis
- CFA is good to have
