Responsibilities:
- Oversee the infrastructure, applications, and software in the organization.
- Manage external vendors in providing technical support to other departments and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of IT projects and the overall health of the organization's technology infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT systems.
- Working experience with Microsoft Technologies such as Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of SAP Business One functionalities, reporting tools and integrations.
- Software development via Microsoft Visual Studio and Database design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
