• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements
· Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma or equivalent.
· At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
· Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as the role involves shift work.
· Experience in supervising of staff.
· Team player with strong customer and quality focused.
