Our client is a leading commercial real estate services and investment firm. Currently, they are sourcing for a Facilities Coordinator to support the project activities and production team. This position is under a 5-months agency contract.
Working Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am- 5pm, Alternate Saturdays
Working location : Raffles
Position Responsibilities:
- Support on project activities and production team with vendors and contractors for projects such as:
- Neighborhood Re-shuffling
- Space Improvement Planning
- External Storage Management (Handling In/Out, Inventory)
- Furniture Management (Disposal, Additional, Repair)
- Furniture / Product Destruction
- Cost Tracking based on Services Managed
- Plan, prepare and submit necessary documentation
- Ad-hoc responsibility assigned by supervisor
