Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy IT systems for clients, including servers, storage, and networking infrastructure.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Monitor and maintain system health, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, both hardware and software-related.
- Implement security measures to safeguard systems and data.
- Perform system backups and recovery procedures.
- Assist in system migrations and upgrades.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of practical experience in systems engineering or related roles.
- Good knowledge of Linux systems administration (knowledge of other operating systems is a plus).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g.,VMware, Hyper-V).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
