Position & Reports To
Head, Corporate Services, reports to Group Head, Volunteer Resource and Governance
Job Overview
The Head, Corporate Services is responsible to oversee the Finance, Admin Processes and PDPA. Responsibility includes coordinating and carrying out operational tasks to ensure the smooth and successful operation of CFF's Finance and Administrative functions.
Reporting to the Group Head-Governance, this position will manage a small administrative team to achieve compliance and smooth running of internal processes to ensure the integrity and implementation of accounting, internal control systems and PDPA in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
Management of financial and PDPA functions such as
● Preparing timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing, financial statements, and management reports;
● Preparing and coordinating annual audit and budget planning;
● Managing accounts payable and receivable;
● Ensuring bank reconciliations are being completed accurately and in timely manner;
● Maintaining accounting system and accurate financial records for audit;
● Review and implement necessary financial and PDPA procedures, SOPs, internal controls, and business processes; and
● Assist in other ad hoc assignments as assigned by Reporting Officer or CEO;
Management of Corporate Administration which includes responsibilities in
· Overseeing the processing of payments, employee reimbursements and benefits; and
· Managing procurement processes and staff events and any other admin duties as required.
Qualifications and experiences
· Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
· At least 5-7 years of relevant experience
· Experience with accounting, payroll, and HR management systems
· Experience with administering employee benefits
· Ability to work with staff, stakeholders, vendors and auditors.
· Ability to maintain a transparent financial infrastructure, including budgeting, reporting, and support of audit.
· Strong organizational skills and time management abilities; capacity to prioritize competing responsibilities.
· High attention to detail and consistent commitment to accuracy
· Willingness to learn new skills and systems and collaborate in other areas as needed
