We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our Food Delivery Technology company. The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that customer satisfaction and retention goals are met, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for company growth and performance
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and be responsible for addressing any customer issues or concerns
- Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers' businesses and needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Develop and present business reviews and performance reports to customers and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate contract renewals and price increases to maximize revenue and profitability
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with key customers and partners
- Include managing platform marketing activities and branding (offline and online)
- Liasing collaborations with different co-brands and bring the scheme to live
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of the Food Delivery Technology industry and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel as needed
