We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our Food Delivery Technology company. The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that customer satisfaction and retention goals are met, and maximizing revenue opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for company growth and performance
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and be responsible for addressing any customer issues or concerns
  • Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customers' businesses and needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Develop and present business reviews and performance reports to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate contract renewals and price increases to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with key customers and partners
  • Include managing platform marketing activities and branding (offline and online)
  • Liasing collaborations with different co-brands and bring the scheme to live

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of the Food Delivery Technology industry and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel as needed
