Solution Sales Executive / Manager


DELTEQ, a 20+ year establishment in ICT business, seeks an experienced and competent Solution Sales Executive/Manager to drive solution sales and take on customer account management responsibilities. The successful candidate shall focus on achieving sales and profits targets from existing clientele as well as new. Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for driving IT solutions to customer and meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas and gross profit. We are looking forward to a sales-oriented professional who values responsibility, productivity and customer satisfaction.


Major Duties And Responsibilities


· Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit


· Maintain healthy sales pipeline


· Meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas and gross profit


· Plan and attend regular update meetings with the accounts


· May invest time working with and leveraging external partners to deliver sale


· Maintains knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company’s products and services better


· Liaise with internal departments to ensure the promptness and customer satisfaction of delivery of goods and services


· Development of new clients


· Liaison with distributors and principal vendors


· Manage and organize successful attendance at relevant trade shows and events in order to gather new leads


· Contribute on a regular basis to internal and external marketing communications


Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:


· Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent is preferred


· 3 years and above related experience in system integration business is preferred


· Proven track record on solution sales and consistent achievements


· Leverages services as part of strategic product sales;


· Understands and sells high value solutions;


· Deep knowledge of products, solution or service offerings as well as competitor’s offerings;


· Familiarity with system integration, virtualization, enterprise backup, SAN, cyber-security, automation and cloud computing technology will be an advantage


· Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure


· Our ideal candidate shall demonstrate with professionalism, the ability to understand the needs of customers and to provide effective solutions.


· Good word processing and spreadsheet skills


· Good written and communication skills in English


· Fresh graduates with passion to strive in IT sales may app
