Salary: $11/hr
Location: North Bridge Road
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (at least 2-3 times a week) with 1 hr lunch break
Contract: 6 Months Renewable
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the key contact person to liaise with SEA eCom Hub Team for all onsite functionalities across South East Asia.
- Proactively monitoring the product range, product representation, accuracy of product description, image and pricing on all South East Asia sites.
- Generate monthly eCom reports from system, analyse the sales statistics and present results in spreadsheets and graphs for South East Asia to drive conversion rate.
- Work with SEA eCom Hub Team and Marketing Manager to implement the execution of campaign on eCom platforms aligning with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure the accuracy of the campaign is followed through on staging to production environment.
- Assist in establishing key working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate communications and provide localized marketing content for distribution within South East Asia marketing.
- Ensuring all communication regarding in the South East Asia region is aligned in terms of tone and messaging.
- Support the Brand Marketing team in trade show preparation – from managing and monitoring samples & marketing assets to preparation of Go-To-Market presentation decks to ensure smooth and successful sell-in event.
- Sample management – ensure timely and tracking of all sample & act as key coordinator for any internal sales preparation
- Sports Marketing – To support and liaise with brand ambassadors, influencers and KOLs in seeding and relationship management.
- Support in any daily marketing and administrative duties or reporting
