Job Duties:
- Provide 1st and/or 2nd level IT support
- Provide desk-side and remote helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, networks and emails
- Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure
- Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
- Experience in supporting end users for their daily PC/laptop/mobile devices usage problem
- Provide Video Conference support
Requirements
- Knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Lotus Notes, printer mapping, etc
- Hands-on experience on financial applications like Bloomberg/Reuter
- Experience in using ServiceNow to log tickets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of solving problems by devising creative solutions if need arises
- Preferred with VVIP support experience
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team
