Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: F&B Retail/Restaurant
- Position Title: Service Crew
- Working Location: Island wide
- Working Hours: 6 Working days, Shift Based
- Salary Package: Up to $2,200 + OT
- Duration: Permanent/ Part Time
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk-ins.
- Take orders in POS system, prepare beverage, serve customers, and clear tables.
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Package food and beverages for sale
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering.
- Perform day-to-day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs.

- Able to commit rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
