- Collaborate with IT security consultant and perform regular system security /application fixing/ patches on a timely basis.
- Perform incident investigation and resolution, and root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager for capacity and availability management.
- Monitor IT tickets and provide appropriate resolution on a timely basis.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud technologies – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Hands on experience in managing cloud infrastructure and native services.
- Familiar with Linux/Unix and/or Microsoft Windows Server command line tools
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Proficiency with automation & configuration management tools.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/IAC frameworks is a plus.
- Working knowledge of DevOps software development tools and methodologies is an advantage.
- Applicants with programming experience are preferred
