Key Responsibilities:
• Plays a key role in creating our best work: we constantly need new thinking and ambition to create ideas that get noticed and are remembered.
• Consistently Drives Brand Strategy: Takes an enduring role in shaping the brand's strategy, viewing the strategic aspect as an ongoing consultancy engagement rather than solely a means to creative outputs.
• Influences Engagement Strategy: Plays a pivotal role in understanding and shaping the engagement strategy, assisting the creative team in transitioning ideas from concepts to well-defined plans.
• Drives Effectiveness and KPIs: Assist the Strategy Director in advancing the effectiveness agenda, adept at crafting compelling case studies and possessing a strong point of view regarding key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Balances Positivity and Continuous Dissatisfaction: Maintains a positive outlook while remaining consistently dissatisfied, always striving for continuous improvement.
• Effective Presentation and Storytelling: Possesses exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities, able to build convincing strategic POVs.
• Engages with Senior Clients: Collaborates closely with senior clients to provide them with insights into their businesses through comprehensive sales, marketing, and consumer research.
• Positive Contribution to Agency Culture: Gets involved, socializes and makes a positive impact on the agency's culture
Must have:
• Proven record of creating and selling great creative ideas
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent presentation skills, able to conduct a complex workshop and direct thinking
• In depth knowledge of Singapore market and experience working in international projects
• Evidence of success in developing brands and delivering them to market
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
