About the role: We are seeking an experienced EPIC Systems trainer to join our Global Transformation Company. As an EPIC Systems trainer, you will be responsible for training healthcare staff on the implementation and integration of EPIC Systems software throughout our client’s organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver EPIC Systems training programs for healthcare staff across multiple departments and levels of expertise.
  • Assess training needs and work with department heads to customize training materials and courses.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions to educate staff on EPIC Systems functionality, workflows, and best practice.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to staff during EPIC Systems go-lives and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to stay up-to-date on EPIC Systems updates and enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics or Healthcare Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an EPIC Systems trainer in a hospital or health care setting.
  • EPIC Systems certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of EPIC Systems modules, including Clinical Documentation, Ambulatory, and Inpatient.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly training materials.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful EPIC Systems training programs.

Skills:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Clinical Adoption strategy implementation.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Clinical Information Systems
  • Deep understanding of clinical data validation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Demonstrable success in stakeholder interactions, delivering aligned solutions.
  • Familiarity with clinical environments and terminology.
  • Strong values of integrity, commitment, and self-improvement.
  • A methodical, thorough yet flexible approach.
  • Process-driven mindset.
