Job Description

- Position Title: Purchasing Assistant/ Admin Assistant (Purchasing)
- Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5.15 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential suppliers for raw materials and products.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure favourable agreements.
- Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with suppliers.
- Efficiently input and manage orders in our computer system.
- Support the control and monitoring of orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Collaborate and communicate with various departments, such as Production, Engineering, and Sales, to address their purchase order needs.

- At least GCE “O” level with minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Excel & Word.
- Understanding of supply chain principles, procurement strategies and inventory management.
