Group Marketing Project Manager

The Group Marketing Department aims to support the Group and its Maisons in order to develop and nurture their marketing & business development. In accomplishing this, the department is divided into five sub-departments, each with its area of expertise: Strategic Planning, Market & Brand Intelligence, Media, Client Marketing and Public Relations.

To foster closer collaboration with Asia-Pacific subsidiaries and headquarters, the APAC Richemont Group Marketing team is based in Hong Kong SAR, China, with local experts already established in Shanghai.

With the aim to provide closer support to Maisons in South Asia we are currently recruiting a Group Marketing Project Manager, to join our dynamic, fast-paced and international team. The successful candidate will be based in Richemont’s offices in Singapore.


Job Description

In this role, the Manager will be the regional correspondent to the Maisons and Group functions in South Asia. and the APAC Richemont Group Marketing Team.

They will be responsible for transversal marketing and strategic projects in South Asia, covering the different areas of expertise represented by Richemont Group Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have strong omnichannel marketing experience, project management, communication skills, analytical aptitude and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Part of the success comes from your ability to connect the right dots & data between market & competitive trends, and client knowledge (i.e. internal client data)


Market & competitive intelligence

· Be the eyes and ears of Richemont Group Marketing keeping track of competitors’ business and marketing activities to provide relevant analysis.

· Utilizing tools of primary and secondary market research and data analysis to provide unbiased, objective, in-depth understanding of the clients, market, product performance and competitors which drive business recommendations.

· Decode how different types of data is linked and transform into actionable insight.

· Deliver research / analytical projects on-time and according to Richemont standards.


Client Marketing

· Be the Client data domain lead for South Asia, adapting the Client data model for South Asia and maintaining Client data glossaries for South Asia

· Act as the SPOC in terms of Client data and Client knowledge capabilities,

· Support the adoption of a global Client KPI framework in alignment with the Group Client Strategy

· Assist locally the Maisons in updating their customer knowledge by supporting client analysis and reports based on internal clients KPIs, cohorts, segmentations, attribution, etc

· Advise Maisons in optimizing their client data acquisition, path to conversion and resources allocation from a truly omnichannel perspective.


Integrated communications (Media, PR & Digital)

· Based on a strong understanding of the digital, social media, and e-commerce landscape for the different markets in South Asia, drive monitoring and analysis on competitors, and identify actionable insights for Maisons and the Group, from a business and client marketing perspective.

· Monitor the performance of our Media Agency in charge of media planning and buying for the Maisons. Work closely with the Maisons in South Asia and the APAC Richemont Group Marketing Team to identify opportunities to accelerate growth for the Maisons or resolve any strategic or operational issues in the partnership with the agency.


Stakeholder Management and Planning

· Contribute to departments’ road-map and respond to ad-hoc needs on a diverse range of business and marketing topics.

· Be the local counterpart of Richemont Group Marketing APAC and nurturing the APAC team and HQ with relevant local expertise.


Profile

· Bachelor or Masters degree.

· Minimum 6 years of experience in business & marketing intelligence / integrated marketing preferably from sizable and international enterprises.

· Luxury or related-industry experience preferred, but not mandatory.

· Track record of driving cross department projects, with multiple stakeholders from peer to senior levels

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex business environment, with strong business acumen

· Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Good command of spoken and written English.
