Accounts/ Admin Assistant
Job Description
· To assist in AP functions such as matching and recording of invoices, preparation of payments, obtaining management approval for payments, disbursements to staff etc.
· To assist in AR functions such matching and issuing invoices, sending out SOA and following up on payment schedules etc.
· To assist in preparing monthly bank reconciliation, AP aging list etc
· To ensure filing of all relevant documents are in order such as canning and digitizing financial and administrative documents
· To assist internal and external audit when required
· To assist in half yearly stocktake and updating inventory records
· To assist in issuing purchase orders
· Handle customer enquiry and request when required
· To perform ad-hoc office administrative tasks as required
Requirements
· Minimum ITE or Diploma certificate in Accounting/ Business Administration
· Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Proactive and able to work under pressure and deadline-oriented environment
· Preferably Singaporean/ PR

· Salary commensurate with experience
· Salary range $1800 to $3000
