Working as a Field Engineer
Your Responsibilities
· Outgoing, willingness to learn and work well in a team
· Perform Project Management and new system installation
· Able to communicate well with customer and provide support to solve system issue over the phone
· Troubleshoot and rectify software/hardware fault or workaround solution on site
· Willing to contribute and provide alternate solution and ideas to superior to enhance system performance
· Perform system setup, testing, commissioning and training to customers
· Assist in product demo and system support
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Engineering
· Able to read, write and communicate to Chinese speaking customer
· Intermediate/Advance knowledge in IT and networking
· Able to learn and understand programming language will be added advantage
· Able to work independently
· Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
