The Role:
As an integral part of Germaxco’s sales department, the Business Development Executive is expected to be proactive and resourceful in gaining and retaining new customers in the fast-paced, logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify sales prospects and build a business development pipeline by hunting potential business opportunities locally and globally.
- Create sales promotions and campaigns for Airfreight, Ocean freight, and other Logistics services and perform daily telemarketing.
- Handle freight negotiation for import/export/FCL/LCL/Local distribution and vendor management
- Responsible for P&L and follow-up on accounts receivables
- Maintain and enhance customer SOP to ensure smooth business transactions
- Support in escalation of operational service issues between inter-teams
- Aim and achieve revenue and gross profit targets for the sales division
- Keep abreast of industry changes with market study
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- High English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Candidate must be result-driven with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
