The role
We are looking for fresh grads and sales professionals who can bring their business acumen, enthusiasm, and innovation to build their recruitment business! Joining a team of highly experienced recruiters, you will learn from the very best in business. We provide each of our Recruiters with an award-winning tailored 6-12 month training program, 1:1 individual mentorship from your manager, and international external workshops with recruiters from our UK, HK, and EU offices so you have every opportunity to succeed, and progress your career with us!
What you'll do
Your role will require a strong focus on relationship management, business development, as well as administration to manage your portfolio.
- Source highly skilled candidates within Financial Services or Technology across different channels like LinkedIn and other job boards through cold-calling and head-hunting to meet your client's needs and build your own candidate base
- Manage a candidate’s end-to-end recruitment experience from interviewing and assessing highly skilled candidates and marketing them to potential employers, to coordinating candidate interview arrangements and feedback, ensuring an efficient process for all parties.
- Provide in-depth market insight, knowledge, and updates to clients and candidates, building valuable, long-term relationships through regular engagement
- Network with senior managers, directors, and CEOs of MNC and Fortune 500 Companies
- Carve out your own niche in your market specialisation, providing expert advice on the market and winning new business for you and your team
- Promoting yourself and your service offerings via candidate meetings, professional networking, sales marketing, and social media to show that you're the best in the business
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success

- Are a fresh university graduate or have at least 1 year sales experience
- Are a resilience, ambitious, and competitive person
- Have an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit looking to achieve your personal best
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly communicate easily with both junior and senior professionals
- Are not afraid to pick up the phone to give someone a call (with the right training of course! We won't feed you to the sharks)
- Are eager to learn, make mistakes, and apply feedback
- Have an interest in Financial services or Technology and sales
