Job Description:
1. Responsible for conducting business requirement studies.
2. Understanding and map business process to system process.
3. Develop test plan and participate in testing and UAT.
4. Participate in System Testing and conduct UAT and end users training.
5. Provide support to all End Users.
6. Assist Project Manager in Projects and Operation Matters.
7. To lead a small team of local ISD.
Requirements:
1. Degree requirement.
2. Experience in IT or ERP system
3. Willing to travel.
4. Able to work with tight schedule
Candidates must be proficient in one or many Indian languages as they need to liaise with Indian speaking counterparts from India for job purposes
