The Role:
As an integral part of Germaxco's operations, our Customer Service Team is responsible for ensuring smooth logistics and operational workflow for our customers. The Shipping Executive is expected to be a team player, communicative, and meticulous in handling shipping documentation and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Drive a "customer first" initiative: communicate excellent customer service standard through timely and appropriate support and achieve internal and customer KPI requirements
- Understand and perform trade and customs-related processes such as Tradenet, Portnet, and NTP
- Schedule and monitor air and sea (import and export) freight bookings and documentation
- Coordinate with customers, peers, and vendors to ensure smooth flow in daily operations
- Perform invoicing processes and ensure efficiency and accuracy of the accounts receivables and accounts payables
- Ensure all shipping documentation, booking requirements and other information required are complete and free of error by verification and on-time processing
- Ensure standard operating procedures, as set by the company and outlined using ISO certification guidelines, are followed
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level
- Experience in Shipping and/or Logistics is preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn new software systems if needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and responsible team player
