Our client for this role is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. The Firm's employees serve clients worldwide including corporations, governments, and individuals from more than 1,200 offices in 43 countries.
This role in the Singapore Branch Operations team involves providing trade support for institutional products (Cash Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Commodities), client processing, and overseeing outsourced operations.
This will be part of the Singapore Trade Support (TSG) team, responsibilities include trade capturing, lifecycle event processing, reconciliation, monitoring, and issue resolution, covering Fixed Income Cash, Equity, Derivatives, and Commodities. This role will engage with sales and trading desks in Singapore, addressing trade queries and collaborating with the regional support team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide trade support for Institutional product range in Singapore Branch Operations.
- Handle trade capturing, processing, reconciliation, and exception resolution.
- Liaise with counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies.
- Monitor and process trade lifecycle events.
- Collaborate with sales and trading desks for trade-related queries and issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate trade capture and checkout.
Requirements:
- University degree with 3-5 years of experience in operations.
- Experience in trade support, preferably in Commodities or Fixed Income OTC.
- Ability to work with sales, traders, and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
