Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with the potential and drive to thrive in a dynamic setting, to join our team as an Account Executive (AR) at a company specializing in the production of plant-based food and beverages.
Basic Salary: UP to $3300
Location: Woodlands
Work schedule: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
Roles and Responsibilites
- Maintain meticulous transaction documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Manage the entire Accounts Receivable spectrum.
- Ensure precise and timely processing of Goods Return Notes.
- Supervise local bank deposits and daily NAV system updates for customer accounts.
- Proactively oversee overdue accounts, debt collection, reconciliation, and financial forecasts while collaborating with auditors and driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting & finance.
- Mathematical and analytical ability
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Work independently with minimal guidance required, i.e., good time management,
- planning/organization and decision-making skills.
- With a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
- A team player who possesses good communication skills.
